Calm waters

The Forth was flat calm this morning. More or less perfect conditions (ie no wind) for our parkrun. I had a good run, not quite my fastest this year, but it’ll do. It’s not exactly the Olympics, but nonetheless getting round the course on a Saturday morning is an important event for many and the weekend can’t begin until parkrun has been completed.
