Cow-wheat
After a day of rest the spaniel was back to his old self this morning. We visited Clunton Coppice famous for its Pine Martens which were re-discovered here in 2015 having been presumed extinct in England for more than a hundred years. They are mostly nocturnal so the chances of seeing one are extremely remote. Unlike the parasitic Common Cow-wheat which grows in profusion here.
