For the family

The white door of which there are several.

A busy day.

After my lethargic day yesterday and GP appointment, we were back to the surgery for bloods to be taken. There wasn’t time to have breakfast first, so we went to our favourite coffee shop afterwards. There were lots of little dogs in there enjoying the company and foodie smells.

I called in by the hairdressers to make appointment’s up until the wedding, so that I fitted in with L’s availability and school holidays. Easier done face to face than over the phone.

Out to dinner at R & S’s. R is off to Oxford tomorrow for two weeks working nonstop. It was good to catch up on the news and hear how the summer schools function.

We went out to find the boys who had been on the prowl all day. The grass in the neighbouring field is long and they had fun and games hiding from us and stalking any passing dogs.

We were home shortly after 9pm and saw the end of the opening event of the Olympics. The highlight for me was Celine Dion with her awesome rendition in French. I never expected to hear her sing live again after her reading about her health problem.
