A long day in Vipperød

I had 3 people, who had booked private lessons at the venue in Vipperød today, so we left home at 7.30, went for a walk and then continued to Vipperød,  where I spent 2 hours training my own boys and doing a little with the pugs too.

I was teaching from 11 am to 2 pm and then the nice people had brought cheese and ham for lunch. 

It was past 5 pm, when we came home. 

My picture is the pugs on a balance disc. They did some fitness exercises for their training today.
