Saturday sun

Walk with L@L and then we ventured over the border to a light shop so Liz could buy a new wall lamp. And as expected she found another lamp for the lounge.
Home fir a rather tough run, up hill in the heat.
There were lots of sunflowers though.
Another quick walk now and then hopefully watch Olympics opening ceremony which I fell asleep to last night.
