The ripening elderberries are looking beautiful in the evening light.

I have started a healthy eating plan this week so I spent some time today browsing the shelves in the supermarket and looking at videos and information I have been sent. All interesting.

I have enjoyed watching sport this afternoon. Delaying the sewing again!
