Dripping

I bagged up all the gooseberries in 500g batches yesterday and stowed them in the frig before they deteriorated, I cooked all the overripe and split ones, they're seived ready for a fool tomorrow.

Three bags worth are currently cooked and dripping to make jelly (main photo), which leaves all the rest to share out.
