Redbrook

April and I went up to Redbrook Reservoir and met Jackie and Kelly this morning. The sun was shining and there were a few swimmers up there enjoying the tranquility of the sunshine, the expanse of sky, the water and the joy of being part of nature.

Last time April came for a wild swim she dipped for a few minutes. Today the four of us swam 1km around the buoys. April loved it and was talking about what she wanted to do next time….I think she has the wild swim bug!

We all went to the Allotment Cafe afterwards for breakfast. It was a great start to the day.
