Go West

I had a much needed long lie this morning and then Mr P and I walked into town to visit the local gallery and do some shopping.
After lunch, Mr P watched the Olympics and I sat in the conservatory reading the weekend paper. Very relaxing and restorative.
In the evening I drove son no 3 and his friend to Carluke station as they’re off to Glasgow for the weekend. Unfortunately the trains were cancelled (crew shortages) so I had to drive them to the west end. Glasgow was basking in lovely sunlight and the outside tables were all packed with people enjoying it!
