Sunny Walk

It is a lovely sunny day, not too cold, +9C.  I went to church this morning via youtube, then I nipped down to the lake to get a photo.  Lots of activities today, bikes, walkers, runners, dogs, and children.  Pleased to see everyone out, as the weather is going to turn back to winter next week with lots of rain and cold temperatures.

The Formal that Teen 'h' went to last night was very successful, and lots of fun was had by all.

We are disappointed that the Olympic Games are on the other side of the world, as they begin here in NZ at 7 p.m. and continue through the night to 8 a.m. the next morning!  The reports in the morning begin with 'While you were Sleeping', which sums it up nicely!

Because there is rain in the forecast for the morning, looks like the walkers will head to a nice warm cafe for a cuppa and chat.
