Sea of people

First Chelmsford parkrun even though it's right next door! Too many people. Over 800. Very hot. I ran and walked, but a decent amount of people with me. Got to near the end and I guy walking encouraged me on. I thought I could see the end, so sprinted...not sure where that came from...and missed the finish! Rejoined to the proper finish and felt proud. Mrk hosed me down on the cricket field while he was watering! Then has another dip. Worked on mosaic. Had a walk in town with MrK and tea at Rok kitchen,  the Korean. They actively employ neurodiverse and they're food is spectacular. Win win.
