Leaving my Liverpool hotel this sweltery Sunday morning I noticed on the wall opposite this touch of the Mediterranean (it was attached to a tapas bar). Nice start to the day, and off to Liverpool University for a second day of talks and seminars at the MATSDA Conference. The event takes place in the School of Mathematical Science, which makes it a good mention in a number blip.
