A classic rangefinder camera made in Soviet Russia between 1964 and 1980.  I believe it was based on early Leicas.  It included a coincident image rangefinder and an uncoupled selenium exposure meter.  It is a chunky, solidly built piece of equipment - and needed no batteries.

They don't make them like that any more!
