The sheep haven’t read the race rules.


Yesterday finished with a few hours of very welcome blue sky. It was still there when I woke up. I had an early wander along towards Rydal where the sheep are back in the field after being moved out for Ambleside Sports to take place onThursday.

Then I looped back uphill and towards home. The cloud rolled in while I was out and stayed for another 4 hours.

There’s a selection of other photos in the extra. The ones that didn’t come out well were those I took while fighting my way through 6 foot high bracken. I was expecting it and it’s just a short section.
