The incompetence of DHL in not delivering Nicky's new laptop yesterday as requested seemed at least partly due to the general worldwide cyberfuckups. Fortunately, turning up in person at the depot in Livingston resulted in a helpful person fishing it out of the van it seemingly spent the day in yesterday.
