Green Tea

Today has been a write off. After struggling through yesterday with a massive headache, I called in sick today and went to the doctor. She sent me for a CT scan on my head and neck.

Prognosis: Concussion.

That will teach to fall off a motorbike without a helmet on.

So I had today off work and I am booked off tomorrow as well. On top of that I can't drink alcohol or exercise for a week. The doctor told me it can take up to 4 weeks to recover from a concussion. This is not pleasant.

So I spent most of the day sleeping.

I will probably be heading back off to bed soon.
