Clearfork Farmer’s Market

We began the day with a visit to this Farmer’s Market that we’d heard of- it is where our friends - Trent and Dena, now have their stall selling excellent Sourdough Bread. We got to know them when they ran a lunch and bakery shop on the next block from us, which had to close down when their lease was not renewed. We miss them being so close, but were heartened to hear that they are opening a new bakery not too far away soon.

We ended the day with a delicious meal of Ruby Red Trout, Roasted Asparagus and new potatoes cooked by David!
