Sunny Sunday
Over breakfast discussed arrangements for today.
Our son, daughter-in-law and Phoebe going home today and our son-in-law also travelling with them - they have work on Monday. They planned to leave midday, so after lunch we took a trip back to Mudeford. It was busy - the sun was shining - so the grandchildren had a trip down to the beach and toyed with paddling in the sea but none were having it.
Midday we said our goodbyes and our daughter, Caleb, Austin, hubby and I stopped in the cafe for lunch. We then decided to take a trip to Hengistby Head - clearly the world and their family were on the road to the seaside! Unable to find a parking space, we decided to go to Sammy Millers Motorcycle Museum - over 500 on display, all looking in great condition and nice and shiny. Some amazing machines.
It was still mid afternoon so we took a trip into the New Forest - parked up and had a little walk. Lots of New Forest ponies around. A huge green area which the boys enjoyed running around and exploring.
On the way back to the accommodation, stopped off at the Carvery for dinner.
All worn out from a lovely day.
