Brittas Bay

Today I went to Brittas Bay with Colette, John and Rosalie. It's a beautiful beach, only a few miles away from Colette's house, but I haven't been there since I was a child, so at least 40 years!! Why? I've no idea, because it is absolutely gorgeous, especially in the sort of weather we're having at the moment. We walked and paddled and ate ice cream cones, but we didn't risk swimming. The weather is glorious just now but the sea is still very cold, so full immersion is not for me....
