Catch up

Today is Sunday 28 th, in Rarotonga.

Took this pic yesterday.
Dad and a friend of his, Mata, who lives here. She used to work for dad when he ran the pharmacy here 30 years ago.
She’s a lovely person and has kept in touch with dad over the years.
She is wearing a ‘ei katu’ , the traditional Cook Islands head piece. She makes them fresh most days with flowers and foliage from her own garden.

Have enjoyed the Saturday market, lounging on the beach, swimming , sighting whales going by.

The wind has has been blowing strong but will hopefully ease. Still very warm.
