Microbiology in a simple poem ;)

Todays blip is found in the parents room stuck on the wall amongst the other posters and pictures that frequent hospital ward decor, although this one strikes a sore nerve, more so than the others, because it sums up Joes main reason for being in here ?
A germ that is keeping the microbiologists busy in their search for an explanation and more importantly a cure, fingers crossed his treatment is swift and he's back home soon :/
