Wound up in Wexford

By Neatwithice

Another concert!

I spent a couple of hours pulling weeds in the morning, before showering.  We then returned to Mount Congreve House and Gardens for the final concert of the Waterford Chamber Music Festival.  And another great concert.

Here's Hannah Miller, who played a lovely Romance by Saint-Saëns.  Hannah grew up in Fuddletown, just south of Wexford, and organises a small music festival each year - called Fuddlefest!  I was considering booking tickets, but realised it clashes with other things this year - maybe next year.

Afterwards, we had a late lunch, a generous salad from the Stables Cafe.  We had considered looking round the garden, but at €10 each, we decided it wasn't worth it for the short time we had before closing - no reduced prices offered for concert goers, or for late entry!

So we came home and had a lazy evening.
