Homemade Goosberry Jam

Over the last few years we have attempted to grow gooseberries in the garden. This has not been too successful due to gooseberry sawfly eating all the leaves. However, we have managed to get a small harvest each year, which has been frozen. This year, there was just enough to make a batch of jam, using the recipe from "The Glasgow Cookbook".
