Too good to go

I do love getting the boxes from Too good to go. This one from the main Morrison’s in Keighley was perfect for me. 4 plums which were eaten on the way home, 3 aubergines, 2 cabbages, a large bag of pears, these three swedes (formerly known as turnips), a bag of parsnips and a loaf of sliced bread. The bread is being used, the pears will be bottled later, the cabbages are in the fridge to be decided, the aubergines have already been made into chickpea and aubergine curry and portioned up in the freezer, and the swedes are going in the fridge for a decision to be made later but I have bottled the parsnips.

All for £3.09 and saved from land fill.
