I've taken to swimming down stream from le Countirou to the large beach on the river bend.  

This suits me as it makes me feel less sloth like.  It suits Mu because she gets half an hour's reading in on the river bank without being disturbed by B and it suits B because he comes along for the ride, swimming round and round me in concentric circles.
