Survivors

The garden isn't looking too dry - I hear the weather wasn't much better here than in Ireland - so most plants are looking fairly happy.

Unfortunately, the tender plants I put outside to keep moist were munched a little by the slugs and snails. Seems they don't mind chilli peppers or gingers! At least they don't like them as much as dahlias...

Tonight I am trying rosemary clippings and a thin line of salt around a pot rim to combat them.
