Thank you very much for all the favourites for yesterday’s butterfly.

Today has been rather warm and we now have all the doors and windows open to cool the house down before bedtime.

I’ve been enjoying dipping in and out of the Olympics, although I was totally glued to the mountain biking.  I don:t think the BBC has any control over the cameras and seemed frustrated when the camera wasn’t focused on Matt Whitlock in the gymnastics.

Still practising my camera skills with wasps at the birdbath and am making sure it’s filled to the very top so I can focus on the face and tongue.
