Cycling for softies

Strap your bike on top of the car - much easier than pedalling!

These are the lurking support vehicles for the Grand Prix of Wales, which began here in Abergavenny 2½ hours ago, and should finish back here in another couple of hours, after 160 km racing in really hot sunshine. Not my cup of tea! Exhausting enough in this weather simply walking into the garden for an ice-cold Pimms! Heaven knows how they cope with all that heat, particularly sheathed in lycra.
