Cool, blue sky morning dog walk.  Temperature was rising fast though.

Quick trip into town and back before noon.

Made a spinach and broad bean eggah/frittata.  Involved the oven but stayed out of the kitchen during baking.  

Interesting topic on Radio 4's Today programme about broad beans and their health benefits.  This morning, Kevin, fruit and vegetables market stallholder held up the Observer article about broad beans,  entreated me to buy some.  Which I did, as we love them.
