Chalet cabin.

Another full on day.....had to unload the car and unpack pots back onto the shelves cos the showroom is open in Sundays.   Then over to the Chalet cabin to prepare it for new guests....our wonderful Sarah had the weekend off so she could go to a music festival.

Then we had a video call with Randy, Jessica, Terry and me to start to plan for the Celebration of life event for Robin (Terry's first wife).   Straight from that down to Baddeck to meet with Jane who kindly helped me to change out 2 of my paintings there so i can show that at the Open Studio.   Back home with Jane and Gracie and we had a wonderful dip in the pond...and some wine etc., out on the back porch.   There are only a very small number of people i can entertain when i'm totally exhausted...Jane is one of them!   I made a curried chicken dish and we had lovely dinner together.   It's a sad time - Jane has decided to sell her lovely home here on Cape Breton and return to Ontario to be closer to her family.....i get it, but i'm not happy about it....i will miss having her close by!   But we have gone thro many changes and so i know we will weather this one too!!!
