Sky on fire

as the sun set over Newhaven this evening. Beautiful summer day, much of it spent on the beach. A rather hot run this morning and a refreshing swim. Clearing up after our busy, sociable weekend then yoga. A few hours with some friends on the beach, chatting and in and out of the water. Pilates the back to the beach with a salad to watch the sunset.
