A fine evening

To throw hammer (me ) javelin , shot , do some running … high jump practice… and a few other things . Actually it was really hot at 6.30 when I got to the track . The man in the white shirt leaning on his stick is my coach , he needs a knee replacement but refused to have it done until the end of September as he had committed to marshal at lots of events and didn’t want to let anyone down .
I’m ready for Wednesday night !!!!
