Red tailed bumblebee

I had a busy day today. Lots to do in the garden, keeping up with the dead heading and weeding. 
We are clearing our shed, ready to get a new one, and as Andrew is here next week to possibly help with demolition, we had a trip to the dump with a few items that surfaced after some years of being buried.
The knapweed flowers are opening and I spotted this little Red tailed bumblebee feeding. It’s a male, as you can see from the little yellow cap he is wearing!
