En plenair at Cressing Barn

A lovely day for relaxing and doing some pen and wash watercolour with Barbara. 

Memories shared of last year, when we came here with MAC. Good Times.

The lovely lady in the blip is a volunteer gardener here. She patiently dead-headed all the marigolds so that they would re grow. She also explained about the Asparagus plants, which I included in my painting. 

Later we ran with Soul Runners. Much further than usual -  9k in all, including to and from my house. Also up Abbey Turning and back past the hospital, the hairdresser and my house. G is still unwell, so did not join in.
