A day of mainly watching Olympics on the telly. It's always the same, every four years you tell yoursen you're not going to bother watching much and then you find yourself completely suckered in and setting the alarm to get up for the weightlifting or summat. Early days, we're not at that stage quite yet.

I did make it out the house mid-afternoon tho' to go and pick up my newly-repaired bike from the shop. A hefty bill, around half of which I'm hoping to reclaim from Midlothian Council's compensation fund for 'pothole-related vehicular damage'. I've heard it's possible, let's see how it all pans out eh?
