RIP

An early morning high tide works well for me and I squeezed a swim into my pre work plan.

We went to a section of the river used by 'the Basin Bobbers', a Facebook group we belong to, facilitating group swimming. Access is via steps and across an uneven surface which I don't particularly enjoy but it was, nonetheless, an enjoyable hour.

I worked at home for a few hours afterwards before heading to a funeral. I'd not seen Terry or his family for a few years but we wanted to pay our respects. Three of his many grandchildren spoke about him with great affection. RIP Terry.

The flowers I picked at the weekend are looking good in the conservatory. There are a few ants about which are less so.
