This is Finnish Sauna Culture

First you heat this room to 80 degrees Celsius =
176 degrees Fahrenheit between..... 120 degrees Celsius =
248 degrees Fahrenheit

Then you throw water to heater (kiuas).... swoshhh !!!....and the heat and steam..surrounds you...

Ahh...what a pleasure

And maybe you even can ask wisdom for the future from Tapio the the ancient god of forest...
