Meds, cuppa

I arranged for Steve and Lyra to collect my meds, as I have now missed 3 doses of anti depressants. Last night I had nightmares, one after another when I could sleep. Then today I had really bad tinnitus that got worse as work went on, every time I moved my head it happened, and so loud. And then feeling on edge and tearful. But I counted down the hours. Steve messaged to say the pharmacy still hadn’t got the promised prescription. Thank heavens for on line emergency prescriptions., after a few questions I was given a weeks supply, and slowly made my way to Brown Bag for a sit down and to take a tablet. Within an hour I felt much more normal.
Later I saw Lin and Steve and Lyra, for a de brief.
