The only place to escape the crowds of sheep... tourists at the moment, constantly getting under your feet with their baaa... clattering suitcases and complete lack of understanding of how pavements work as in, there are other people behind you so stop weaving left and right every time you turn your head...

Festival is upon us and the next three weeks will be hell for those of us who have to work in Edinburgh and get places across the city with added hell of binmen strikes about to start and rats and seagulls taking over the city too.

August of 2020 was so nice and quiet.
