An evening in the pool

Wanted to bring Ley to the pool today, I asked him to take a afternoon nap so that when I returned from work, we can set off.

It's 5 o'clock, I reached home and asked him whether he slept or not (although I knew he didn't). He kept on lying that he did, so I asked his grandma, knowing that he might have blown it, he told another lie.

I can't remember I've ever been to critical of his mistakes but why did he lie, and lie again and again to cover up the previous lies.

Brought him to the pool nonetheless and preached him, but he just the subject whenever I asked him again whether he sleeps or not by saying out loud "daddy, there's a big cat over there, etc.."
