attempt to see beautiful village part 1

Our first attempt to go to San Gimignano ended rather abruptly with child #2 being car sick. Thankfully we turned around because the road after was very windy indeed. The countryside is breath taking, sunflower fields, olive trees and Tuscan postcards everywhere you look.

Back home, #2 feeling better, we headed later to the beach which was busy but the water was wonderful. I even managed to dive beyond some rocks, bit of a dive into the unknown, I mean what is the worst that could happen, well landing short on the big rocks and breaking your ankle for one.
