Double dip day!

I swam this afternoon then as I got out a friend said, oh so your not swimming with me today? I didn’t like to disappoint her, so back in I go. 40 minutes swimming.
Now I’d better dash to cook tea.
I got this white amazing smelling Rose as I got home.
