Out on the back green where I spent the afternoon, along with my neighbours, B&T, G with Tilly, and S. Tilly is very skilled at finding even small pieces of treat by scent (she's a cockerpoo). 

My wrist wasn't doing well today so I've made an appointment to see the physio attached to my GP practice, and I'm realising that I need to cancel more workshops.

I was in touch with my younger brother who lives in Southport where there have been mass stabbings, perpetrated by one individual aged 17, with two children dead and six in a critical condition, together with two adults. He was already hearing of friends who know someone who knows a victim. How do you stop this from happening again?
