We are home now and I can see just how dry the weather has been whilst we were staying at our daughter’s in London. We had a good journey back via 3 trains but all ran on time for a change and our daughter-in-law picked us up in Shipley when we got back which was great. 
I need to water the garden this evening even though my son and eldest two granddaughters did so at the weekend. Our red rose which we got as a ruby wedding present a few years ago is flowering now.
