Plantnet says this pretty little flower is Sea Centaury and although it wasn't by the sea it was near a tidal river.    It also lists, with a much lower percentage, Common Centaury, whichever it is it is very pretty.
This afternoon saw 30 degrees, my sister and brother in law visited and we enjoyed our tea indoors with a gentle breeze coming through all the open windows and doors.    Luna decided to rest outside in the shade of the Walnut tree again.
