In England's Green and Pleasant Land

This quote from William Blake was the inspiration for this well dressing design in the Derbyshire village of Stoney Middleton. The quality of this work was probably the best we have ever seen. The design shows the view of Stoney from the gritstone heights of Curbar Edge. Apparently the white deer is a roe deer which has joined the large red deer herd which lives on the Big Moor/Curbar Edge area near Sheffield.
