Glass ceiling

Found this hoverfly in the greenhouse, trying to get out through the roof. Useful for Tiny Tuesday on the theme of saying/proverb, but I had to modify the saying  - "people who live in glass houses..." should expect a glass ceiling. Thanks to isbi for hosting.
