Another busy day in our kitchen, two full containers of raspberries sorted and frozen, then just under a kilo of blueberries also frozen for shakes and muffins. Next 3 kilos of small tomatoes roasted and made into sauce one portion with pasta tonight and the rest in the freezer to have over the winter months.
