Another Higher Chronic Pain Day…
I’ve fought through another higher chronic pain and fatigue day. I will never be able to express how much BlipFoto has brought to my life. What a wonderfully supportive community.
In August, one of my goals is to return to Blipping daily.
Today’s main Blip is of my slow cooked Mild Sweet Chilli Chicken and Noodles. It was delicious and much appreciated on a higher chronic pain and fatigue day :)
I forced myself through significant chronic pain, fatigue, depression and anxiety to take a much needed shower around 4pm this afternoon and got just over 8,000 steps (photo in extras) in whilst enjoying the gorgeous sunshine and picking up some food and water.
Spoke to one of my three brothers today. He has had a successful driving lesson and I wished him well.
I got over 80-90% on Duolingo today which cheered me. I try and undertake my daily piano/keyboard and Ukrainian lessons, such good soul food.
I have a lot to update you all on which I will endeavour to do by the end of the week. Thanks for all your stars, hearts and lovely comments, they are much appreciated :)
If you would like to support my July challenge in aid of Cancer Research UK (breast cancer), please read my story and donate below if you can, thanks in advance:
Thanks for taking the time to visit my Giving Page. Due to having fibromyalgia and joint hypermobility syndrome, I will undertake this challenge by doing paced walking (with mobility aids as necessary). I am a chronic asthma warrior too.
I plan to undertake a paced walking challenge throughout July 2024 for breast cancer research for all those living with the disease. This is for you and for all those no longer with us.
I have lost many friends and family to different cancers (oesophageal cancer, stomach cancer, bowel cancer and breast cancer) and my Mum is a Stage 2 breast cancer survivor thanks to advances in screening, treatments and research.
