HOUR GLASS or Sand Glass, Log Glass

I am not sure where I acquired this
SAND GLASS, but it often came in
handy in disputes between my
grandchildren. “Let’s set the timer,”
was a sure way to help with sharing a toy,
or ending an activity.

They rarely disputed the results of
my tiny timer.
